If a hotel has free (wireless) internet access, I don't understand why they don't more heavily promote it...especially if they have a cafe and/or restaurant: foot traffic, people...word of mouth...top of mind...people will stop by, AND MAYBE COME BACK (and spend money). I'm very grateful we have a 24-hour coffee shop...with free wi-fi...in this town, and frequent it whenever I can.
